The main stars first - they were just too cute on the red carpet and on the stage. Also they looked great - the girls in their pretty dresses and the boys in their tuxes, which they told Ryan Seacrest, were from Brook Brothers.
The man of the hour - A R Rehman (on the red carpet with his wife). He wore a suit with a black shirt and white tie - in contrast to all the other men in the cast and crew of Slumdog. Dude, he knew he was gonna stand out. His wife is dressed in a pretty Sabyasachi chudidar kurta.
See what I mean about the other men. Dev Patel was again in a Burberry tux and a bow tie. This time Anil Kapoor (man why is this guy so desperate to hog the camera) and Irfaan Khan followed suit.
I dunno how you feel but I am not crazy about Freida's outfit. Even though her blue John Galliano is supposedly saree-inspired, it did not do much for her. Furthermore, when she came on stage as a presenter, her hair looked all messed up. Disappointed.
